Prior to starting Roundit, Alex spent the last 15 years working on Wall Street as the COO of TABB Group, a leading research and advisory firm in the Institutional Capital Markets space. He is a recognized leader in the Fintech sector, having lead TABB Group’s Fintech practice as well as TabbFORUM, an industry leading thought-leadership site for the capital markets. Concurrent with his stint on Wall Street, Alex has been heavily involved with number of charitable institutions providing financial support and participating as a board member.
Kevin Van Flandern

With over 35 years of experience in the software and internet service industry, including 20 plus years at Microsoft, Kevin has been a leader in releasing and operating world-class enterprise applications, including Microsoft Office Online, Xbox Live, and the Microsoft Sales & Marketing Platform. With a keen eye on the product experience, and an ongoing obsession with quality, Kevin is most passionate about the vision of his projects and pulling them into the future.
Tyler is a third generation engineer from Iowa with a full spectrum of industry experience in modern technologies including hyper-scale distributed systems, software architecture, first and third party native app experiences and user interface design. Tyler has spent the last several years as a software engineer at Microsoft working on a wide range of consumer and business products such as Windows Phone, Xbox Live Services and across the Azure Cloud. In 2016 Tyler co-founded SpareChange which was acquired by Roundit, with the aim of making a more positive impact on the world.
